- We and our customers are fully insured

- We never treat something that is outside our area of expertiese
- We have great collaboration with other experts
- We do not give exact times cause we want freedom to provide 100% attendance and service when we are with a customer. For us it is important not to rush around the animals. But we gladly give you notice like 30-60 minutes before a visit.
- We will not answer phone when we are with a customer. Only very urgent calls.
- We respond to email, phone, SMS and Facebook as soon as we can but please remind us if it take too long for you.
- Cancellation later than 24 hours before will be fully charged if the horse not has become acutely ill / injured or we will agree on the change.
